Retreat Details
Dates: Friday 14th – Sunday 16th November

Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via www.elainefostergandey.com or by contacting 07813 986999.
To secure a place, 50% of the full booking fee is required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made no later than 12 weeks before the start of the retreat.
Invoices will be sent out 14 weeks prior to the retreat date.
Confirmation and Further Details
Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation.
You may request further details such as the weekend schedule, dietary requirements, accessibility information, medical concerns, etc.
Your booking information will be stored appropriately in compliance with our Privacy Policy and ICO guidelines (Elaine Foster-Gandey Art is registered with the ICO).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to:

If cancelling 12 weeks or more before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund.
If cancelling between 6 and 12 weeks before the retreat, only the deposit (50% of the full fee) is refundable.
If cancelling less than 6 weeks before the retreat, no refund can be provided.
*Payment is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your space. If we can fill your space, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
If you wish to transfer your booking to another person or another date, this is subject to the discretion of Elaine Foster-Gandey Art and will require an admin fee of £30.
Retreat Policies- Eligibility
Bookings are only available to persons over 18.
No pets are allowed at the retreat.
Behaviour and Respect for Others
We ask all participants to be mindful of noise levels, especially during early mornings and late evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Elaine Foster-Gandey Art reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the retreat if their behaviour negatively impacts others.
Any illegal activity, harassment, or failure to comply with the retreat rules will result in immediate removal without refund.
Security and Personal Belongings
Bedroom doors do not have locks, so participants are advised to keep valuables with them in communal areas.
Elaine Foster-Gandey Art cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the retreat.
Any accidents, damage, or breakages caused by a participant must be reported immediately and will need to be paid for.
Incidents, Accidents, and Liability
A fully trained first aider will be on-site at all times.
In the event of an accident or injury, participants must report the incident immediately to a member of staff.
Elaine Foster-Gandey Art and its staff cannot be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the retreat, except where caused by negligence on our part.
We strongly recommend that participants take out their own travel and personal insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Elaine Foster-Gandey Art is not responsible for any loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, travel disruptions, or participant failure to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Smoking, Vaping, and Alcohol
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Excessive alcohol consumption or disruptive behaviour due to alcohol will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat.
Housekeeping and Amenities
Housekeeping will be available during the daytime but not overnight.
Towels and dressing gowns will be supplied to each participant staying at the retreat.
