Workshop Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Elaine Foster-Gandey Art.

By booking and attending any workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

Advance Booking: Booking ahead is highly recommended as spaces are limited.

Pricing:

£25 per 2-hour session including materials when booking a block of 5 sessions.
£27 per session if paid on the day (subject to availability).

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Payments can be made via [insert method – e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, cash].

Cancellations, Missed Sessions & Refunds

If you are unwell or unable to attend, no refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions.

However if you decide to book a block and can only attend 2 sessions you can request to have the 2 sessions carried forward if you send written info prior to the course running to e.fostergandey@gmail.com

Refunds are only issued if a session is cancelled by Elaine Foster-Gandey Art and no suitable alternative can be arranged.

Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in advance in writing.

Materials & Equipment

  • Standard materials and tools will be provided unless otherwise stated.

  • You may be asked to bring certain items for specific sessions—these will be communicated in advance.

  • Please treat all tools, equipment, and materials with care.

Accidents, Breakages & Liability

While all reasonable precautions are taken, Elaine Foster-Gandey Art cannot accept responsibility for any injury sustained or for the loss or damage to personal property during the session.

Participants are responsible for using materials and equipment safely and as instructed.

You are liable for the cost of repair or replacement if any studio equipment or artwork is deliberately or negligently damaged.

Participation is at your own risk, and you agree to take personal responsibility for your safety and belongings.

Health & Safety

  • Please follow all health and safety guidance given during the workshop.

  • Inform the tutor in advance of any allergies, health conditions, or accessibility requirements.

  • Appropriate clothing should be worn (some materials may stain).

Age & Participation

Workshops are open to adults (18+) unless otherwise stated or agreed.

Elaine Foster-Gandey Art reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting inappropriately, with no refund given.

Photography & Promotion

We may take photographs during workshops for marketing and social media. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed.

Images of your artwork may be used for promotional purposes, but you retain full copyright of your work.

Intellectual Property

All course content, teaching materials, and original workshop concepts remain the intellectual property of Elaine Foster-Gandey Art and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during booking will be used solely to manage your attendance and inform you of future workshops or events.

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your data with third parties.
